Following an evaluation of last year's School Development Plan, in September/October various stakeholders were consulted in order to help establish a baseline for a new 'transitional' plan (2024/2025) - referred to as TRANSITION 4.  Noting the responses, as well as analysing data and recording outcomes of focused conversations with co-ordinators, have been ongoing.

Guidance from the Department of Education has been adhered to and new actions to move forward this year are now finalised - see below.
